A courtesy and friendly visit session by the Office of the Legal Advisor & Integrity of UniMAP to the Perlis State Legal Advisor's Office, YB Tuan Yang Zaimey bin Yang Ghazali. He began serving as the Perlis State Legal Advisor effective May 15, 2024, replacing YB Tuan Radhi bin Abas, who was transferred to the Attorney General's Department.

Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) has been selected as the host for the Public University Legal Advisory Council (MPUU) Meeting – Session 1, 2025, held at Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar, Perlis.
The event was officiated by Prof. Ir. Dr. Rizalafande Che Ismail, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation), with YB Yang Zaimey Yang Ghazali, Perlis State Legal Advisor, invited for a legal knowledge-sharing session.
